Siberian journalism of the 19th century as a lexicographical source

The article presents new sources of the differentiated dictionary of the 19^th century and the explanatory dictionary (BAS³) — essays by Siberian authors, published in regional journals. The paper analyses vocabulary showing the key tendencies in the development of Russian literary language of the 19^th century and having changed in various ways in modern Russian literary language. As a result, it has been found that semantic and stylistic changes are manifested in the dialectal vocabulary of regional character, which could either enter the modern literary language or move from the public fund to the category of dialectal vocabulary, in addition, lexical units could develop terminological meaning or develop / lose significance.
